On October 21, the BRICS House opening ceremony took place in Kazan. Diplomats from BRICS countries, representatives of Tatarstan's government, and business leaders participated in the event.
"BRICS Houses are opening in all member countries of the interstate integration association. BRICS House in Kazan is a new platform for direct contacts between entrepreneurs and the business community with business partners from BRICS countries," said Konstantin Klimenko, President of the BRICS House international network. "The main goal is to enable small and medium-sized businesses to enter the vast economic market. BRICS House will also facilitate the implementation of humanitarian and cultural projects."
At the BRICS House opening ceremony, Purnima Anand, President of the BRICS International Forum, was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Eurasian International University. The Honorary Doctorate is awarded for outstanding contributions to strengthening peace, friendship among nations, and economic and cultural development.

The BRICS House opening ceremony was held in St. Petersburg on September 26, 2024. It will become another platform for business and humanitarian cooperation with the BRICS countries. It will house permanent structures that will advise entrepreneurs in the North-West Administrative Okrug on foreign trade, joint ventures, and business missions. BRICS House will also organize international festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and presentations in St. Petersburg.

"The BRICS House international network is being created by the business community as part of public diplomacy to promote the economic integration of the BRICS countries and expand business and humanitarian cooperation among the allied countries," said Konstantin Klimenko, President of the BRICS House international network and Rector of the Eurasian International University.
BRICS Houses will be opened in 10 member countries of the international association. In the Russian Federation, they are opening in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan.
The heads of diplomatic missions of the BRICS countries, representatives of the St. Petersburg administration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and prominent political and public figures were invited to the opening of BRICS House in St. Petersburg. The opening took place on September 26, 2024, at 26 Dvortsovaya Embankment, St. Petersburg, Palace of Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich.

A spacious space, a flat lawn, a two-story mansion, and the Church of the Intercession nearby. Moscow regional authorities have found an excellent venue for meetings between representatives of the BRICS countries, said Konstantin Klimenko, Rector of the Eurasian International University. Businessman, member of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, and BRICS Club member Sergey Ladochkin donated the complex he had developed as a venue for high-level meetings. And on August 28, diplomats, representatives of the public, and businessmen gathered within these walls.
"BRICS House will become a symbol of public diplomacy, cultural and humanitarian cooperation; festivals, conferences, and exhibitions will be held here," said Konstantin Klimenko, speaking at the opening ceremony. "This house will be a home for friendship, communication, and knowledge."
"People from different continents have gathered here. We welcome the idea of ​​uniting nations under the BRICS flag, and I thank the founders of BRICS House for their wonderful initiative," said Luciano Nkogo Ndong Ayekaba, Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea to the Russian Federation. On this day, the Eurasia educational campus officially opened—a two-story building nestled among the estate's pine trees, where students of the Eurasian International University will live in comfortable rooms. Sergey Ladochkin showed the audience the spacious and cozy student rooms.

In addition to Eurasia, the 10-hectare site already includes a hotel, a convention center, and a sports center. Plans include the construction of a BRICS academy and a college.

BRICS House in the Moscow Region will be the headquarters of the international network of BRICS Houses, which will open in nine more countries. Branches are also planned for all regions of the Russian Federation.
